To get a statement with a points balance and vouchers, you need to get 250 points or more before the cut-off date.
Here’s how to opt in and out of Tesco marketing.
Updating preferences at Tesco.com
- Sign in and go to ‘My account’.
- Go to ‘Details and preferences’ and select ‘Statement preferences’.
- Select yes or no for ‘Opt in to marketing?’, then ‘Save preferences’.
Updating preferences in the Tesco app
- First, sign in. On the top-right of the homepage, select the person icon for your ‘Account’ page.
- Select ‘Clubcard management’, then ‘Statement preferences’.
- Select email, text or post. We’ll save your preference unless you change it again.
To stop getting a Clubcard statement, you’ll need to close your Clubcard account.
