You can update your name, phone number, email and addresses at Tesco.com or on the Tesco app.

Sign in and go to the ‘Personal details’ page of your account.
Updating details in the Tesco app
First, sign in. On the top-right of the homepage, select the person icon for your ‘Account’ page. Select ’Personal details’.
Updating your name
Select ‘Edit’, change your name and save it.
Updating your phone number
You’ll need your Clubcard and mobile phone, if you have one registered on your account.
Select ‘Edit’ and type your 4-digit security code. Or, if your mobile’s registered, we’ll text you a passcode.
When you’ve typed either of these, change your number and save it. We’ll text you another passcode to this number. If you skip this step, you won’t be able to use your phone for security authentication with us. But you can return to this step another time.
Updating your email address
You’ll need your Clubcard and your mobile phone, if you have one registered on your account.
Select ‘Edit’ and type your 4-digit security code. Or, if your mobile's registered, we’ll text you a passcode.
When you’ve typed either of these, change your email and save it. We’ll use this to email your Clubcard statement, if you've chosen to get it this way.

Updating details for an offline Clubcard account
To do this, you’ll need to register your card online or in the Tesco app. Find out more on registering your card online.
When registered, go to ‘My Clubcard Account’ in the app and change any details as described in this article.
