You can return F&F Clothing bought in-store within 30 days of purchase to any of our larger stores.
Just bring your proof of purchase and head to the customer service desk.
Items should be:
- Unworn (except for trying them on)
- In a sellable condition
- In their original packaging with tags attached
This includes all clothing and underwear products.

Our 1-year quality guarantee for school uniforms
We want your school uniforms to last. That’s why all our school uniform products - including school shoes - come with a 1-year quality guarantee.
If you’re not happy with the quality, bring the item and your proof of purchase to any of our larger stores within a year for an exchange or refund.
Our guarantee covers:
Manufacturing or workmanship defects within 1 year of purchase
Our guarantee doesn’t cover:
- Coats, accessories, or school essentials like socks, tights and underwear
- Everyday wear and tear - normal ageing or use over time
- Accidental or deliberate damage
- Misuse - including damage caused by using the product in ways it wasn’t designed for
- Foreign objects or substances - anything that’s not normally associated with the shoes or clothing
- Lost or damaged accessories
- Any loss caused by not being able to use the product
If we find a fault that’s covered, we’ll replace the item. If it’s no longer available, we’ll offer a similar product or a refund.
Your legal rights aren’t affected.
