If you are unable to find your receipt and you used your Clubcard with your purchase, we can search for your transaction in your Clubcard account for up to 30 days after your purchase. Then we can offer you a refund without needing your receipt.
If you've changed your mind about your product, can't find your receipt and didn't use your Clubcard with your purchase, we'll offer to exchange the product for another product of the same value, based on the current price when scanned. The product must be returned as new.
This doesn't affect your legal rights.
