If your item is faulty

We try our best to make sure our products work perfectly. But if your purchase becomes faulty within the first 12 months, we will offer you a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Support with your television

If you need support with your television, please contact the manufacturer. They will help you troubleshoot your device, book a repair or supply a spare part.

For Sharp/Blaupunkt/Technika televisions (non-Fire TV version), please call:

0870 200 0463 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm)

For Toshiba/Digihome/Technika televisions (Fire TV version), please call:

0333 733 4422 (Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm)

Returning a faulty product

You can return your faulty product to any Tesco Extra or Tesco Superstore, preferably the one you bought it from. We recycle faulty products according to the Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE). Unfortunately, our Tesco Express stores can't accept returns for faulty products.

All the products we supply are required to comply with the contract that you enter into with Tesco when you purchase an item or place an order with us. If they don’t, you have the following rights in addition to your legal rights:

  1. Within 30 days of receipt of the goods (or within the use-by date for perishable goods), you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement, or a full refund.
  2. After 30 days, after receipt of the goods, but within 12 months, we'll arrange for a repair of the goods or, if this doesn't work, a refund.
  3. If, after the first 12 months from receipt of the goods you have an issue with your product, please see our Contact us page for further help and support.
