How we'll contact you if there is an issue with your payment

If there's an issue with taking the payment for your order, we will try to contact you in a few ways, to make sure we can still fulfill it. You might hear from us via:

  • Push notification
  • Text message

Text messages from us will always contain information specific to your order, such as the timeslot it is due to be delivered or collected.

If you are concerned that contact from us might not be legitimate, you can log into the My Orders area of our website to see which order is impacted.
