If your return or refund has been declined by the Marketplace seller, they will contact you to let you know.
The reason for this could be:
-
The reason you've given for your return doesn’t match the product condition, i.e. a faulty product returned due to a 'change of mind'.
-
A returned product isn't in a resaleable condition.
- The returns window has passed.
-
An incorrect or incomplete product was returned.
Incorrect returns:
It's important to include all the correct product parts, including the product labels and packaging, to receive a refund. If you've accidently sent the wrong item to a Tesco Marketplace seller, please contact them as soon as possible. It's not the responsibility of Tesco, nor Marketplace sellers to guarantee the safe return of the incorrect product, and you won't receive compensation for incorrectly returned items.
If you would like to talk to someone about your declined return, please contact the Marketplace seller directly. If you still need help, you can contact the Tesco Customer Engagement Centre on 0800 505 555.
