If you have any special requirements, you can let us know by filling in the delivery notes box on the ‘book a slot’ page. This is currently only available online and not available in the Tesco app.
Once you’ve added a note and checked out via our website, the note for that delivery address will be saved and we’ll see it every time you shop, whether by website or app.
If you need more time to answer the door or you need assistance unpacking, they’ll be happy to help. Your driver can also bring your shopping inside for you.
