Returns and refunds are subject to Tesco's standard returns and refunds policy. If you need a refund for something you paid for in-store with the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app, bring your receipt to the Customer Service Desk as normal. Just open your app and select the card you used to make the payment. The colleague will then scan the barcode shown on your phone screen to process your refund.
