I've been overcharged for something

We do everything we can to make sure that you don't get overcharged. But if you're charged more than the price on the shelf or the product, we will offer you a refund for the overcharged amount. Please visit a Customer Service desk at any of our Tesco Extras or Tesco superstores, and bring your proof of purchase with you.
