If you notice a problem with your GetGo receipt, go to the 'My orders' section of the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app and request an amendment. If you were charged in error, you'll receive a refund within 3 working days.

Currently, GetGo purchases can’t be returned, but you can request a refund in the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app.
