In-store returns for F&F Clothing bought online

To return your F&F Clothing in-store:

1. Log into your account, go to your orders, select  your order, then select ‘Return to Tesco store’.

2. You’ll find your returns barcode there. You don’t need to fill out a returns form online, all you need is the barcode.  

3. Bring your return to the customer service desk at any of our larger stores and show your barcode. Express stores (our small convenience stores) can't accept F&F returns.  

Note: if you’re having trouble with the barcode, a Tesco colleague will be able to find your order using your Clubcard instead.
