Getting a refund for F&F Clothing online returns

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you used Clubcard vouchers, they'll be refunded as points to your Clubcard account.

In-store returns:

Refunds are processed within 1 working day, but please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Courier returns:

Allow up to 5 working days for the return to reach our returns centre. Once received, we’ll check your return and process your refund within 1 working day, but please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If there are fewer items or unexpected items in your return, checking and processing might take longer. In some cases, we may need to contact you, which could delay the refund time.
