We’ll send your refund to the card you paid with. If you used Clubcard vouchers, we’ll refund them as points to your Clubcard account.
In-store returns:
We process refunds within 1 working day, but please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Drop off returns with Evri:
Allow up to 5 working days for us to receive your return. Once received, we’ll check your return and process your refund within 1 working day. It can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If there are fewer items or unexpected items in your return, checking and processing might take longer. In some cases, we may need to contact you, which could delay the refund time.
