Clubcard points from Tesco Bank are converted and shown separately in your account and Clubcard statement.
You collect Clubcard points on what you're buying (transaction), as well as points for using a Tesco Bank Card or product. Clubcard points for any transaction will show right away. Points for using a Tesco Bank Card will show within 5 working days. Promotional points will show just before the cut-off date, after the cooling off period for bank products.
The easiest way to see your Clubcard points is to check your Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app or account online. If you're expecting points but can't see them, make sure all your cards are linked to one account. Contact our Clubcard team who can do this for you.
