During the 2 weeks prior to sending your Clubcard statement in November, February, May, and August, we calculate the amount of Clubcard vouchers to send. The start of the 2 weeks is the cut-off date for collecting points that will show in the upcoming statement.
The weeks between the cut-off dates for each statement are known as the collection period. A collection period is roughly 3 months.
You can still collect points after the cut-off dates, but they'll be shown in your next statement.
