If you've had 3 incorrect attempts to sign in, your account will be locked for 1 hour. If you've had 5 incorrect attempts, the account will be locked for 24 hours.
Please check you're entering the correct digits from your Clubcard and that it's the correct Clubcard for your Clubcard account.
To make this easier, make sure you have a registered mobile phone number on your Clubcard account, this means you can use SMS OTP (one-time passcode) to verify your account the next time you sign in.
