Not receiving Clubcard vouchers
You need to collect at least 250 Clubcard points before they're turned into vouchers and sent in a Clubcard statement. You can request Clubcard vouchers online or in the Tesco app if you have a minimum of £2.50 of Clubcard points
If you've collected enough points but still haven’t received any vouchers, make sure your personal details and Clubcard information are up to date. You can do this using the Tesco app or by signing in to your Clubcard account online.
Clubcard vouchers not working
Check your Clubcard account in the Tesco app or online to see if your Clubcard vouchers have expired, or have already been redeemed.
Check the small print to see if you're using the voucher correctly. Some can only be redeemed online or in-store, If you're still having trouble, contact us for help.
Forgot to use your vouchers when shopping online?
If you’re shopping on tesco.com, you can add your Clubcard vouchers even after you’ve placed your order. For more information, go to Changing or adding vouchers and eCoupons to my order.
Clubcard vouchers missing from my account
If you are expecting to see more value in your Clubcard account, it may be because you have an unfinished online grocery order where the vouchers are applied, and they may still be in your basket. Complete your order or remove the vouchers as a payment method from the order and your vouchers will appear back in your Clubcard account.
