Not receiving Clubcard vouchers
You need to collect at least 250 Clubcard points before they're turned into vouchers and sent in a Clubcard statement. You can request vouchers online or in the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app if you have at least 150 points.
If you've collected enough points but still haven’t received any vouchers, make sure your Clubcard and personal details are up to date. You can do this using the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app or by signing in to your online Clubcard account.
Clubcard vouchers not working
Check your Clubcard account in the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app or online to see if your vouchers have expired, or have already been redeemed.
Check the small print to see if you're using the voucher correctly. Some can only be redeemed online or in-store.

Forgot to use your vouchers when shopping online
