Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated between -2°C and +4°C. Once opened, use immediately.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5Time: 12 minsPlace mini fillets on a baking tray, spread evenly, in the centre of apre-heated oven for 12 minutes.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Barbeque

Instructions: For a chargrilled barbecue effect cook as per cooking guidelines above, thenplace on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.

Cooking Precautions

Not suitable for cooking from frozen.Remove all packaging. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly aftercontact with raw meat.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh ispierced with a thin skewer.
