Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 4 hours in a refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 8-10 minutesFor best results cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place skewers on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes (from defrosted)/14-16 minutes (from frozen) Turning halfway through cooking. For a chargrilled barbeque effect cook as per cooking guidelines above. then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes. Turning frequently.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 14-16 minssee cooking instructions/oven.

Grill

Instructions: Place skewers under a pre-heated high grill. Turning halfway through cooking. For a chargrilled barbeque effect cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes. Turning frequently. Time: 12 mins, Temp: High
