Preparation and Usage
Free From Hot Chocolate Powder (47.5% Cocoa) Italian Chocolate. Melt into a hot milk of your choice for a silky, smooth and creamy hot chocolate.

Serving: 1 mug (200 ml)
You’ll need
• 25 g hot chocolate powder (approx. 2 heaped tbsp)
• 200 ml hot plant-based milk (e.g., oat / soya / coconut / almond*)

Method
1. Add 25 g powder to a mug.
2. Pour in a splash of the milk (about 20–30 ml) and stir to a smooth paste.
3. Add the remaining milk and stir well.
4. Heat until hot (do not boil), then stir again and enjoy.
Heating options
• Microwave: Heat on HIGH for 60–90 seconds, stir, then heat for a further 30–60 seconds if needed.
• Hob: Heat in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring until hot.
Optional
• For a richer drink: use 30 g powder with 200 ml milk.
• For a lighter drink: use 20 g powder with 200 ml milk.
