It can then be personalised with a further 2 lines of text with up to 20 characters per line under the name(s) (e.g. a postcode). The reverse of the mug can be personalised with a message over 4 lines of text with up to 20 characters per line.

Please do not enter personalisation in all capitals. The text is set to capitalise automatically.
