Please send us your details within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.

After you’ve submitted your personalisation, we’ll get started right away—so we won’t be able to make changes or cancel the order. Your item will be on its way within 3 working days!

This Me To You Mug can be personalised on the front with a name up to 12 characters in length. You can then add a number up to 2 characters, which will appear inside the balloon (this is not mandatory and can be left blank if preferred). The reverse of the mug can be personalised with a message over 4 lines up to 20 characters per line. All personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered.

Hand washing is recommended.
