Lallier R.020 Champagne 75cl Lallier Reflexion R.020 Champagne The Lallier Reflexion range reflects the houses approach to winemaking, focused on nature, authenticity and exploration. Each release highlights wines from a single harvest, aiming to showcase the character of the Champagne terroir. Every year, Reflexion offers a new non-vintage blend made with at least 70 percent grapes from that specific harvest. The 2020 edition is the first blend created by Dominique Demarville as Lallier’s Cellar Master. It is made from 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir. The aroma shows white flowers such as acacia and hawthorn alongside bright citrus notes like lemon zest and kumquat. Subtle layers of honey, white peach and apricot appear with air. On the palate, the wine has a fresh and smooth texture with depth and structure. The finish is long with lasting flavour and a clean mineral edge that reflects Lallier’s style. Serve chilled as an aperitif or alongside seafood, sushi, soft cheeses, and light canapes.
