| Product Care Instructions | Plant in spring in a sunny location with well-drained, fertile soil (neutral pH). Space cloves 15cm (6in) apart with 30cm (12in) between rows, planting pointed end up about 2cm (1/2in) below the soil surface. Cover with horticultural fleece to protect emerging shoots from birds. Remove flowering heads (scapes) when they appear to encourage bulb development. Harvest in July–August. |
