| Product Care Instructions | Remove plugs from packaging immediately upon delivery. Soak the plug of compost in a shallow dish of water for a few minutes. Pot on immediately or within 1–2 days, keeping plugs indoors in a warm, sunny place and ensuring the compost does not dry out. Turn plugs as they grow towards the light. When ready to pot on, lift by the leaves (not the stem) and plant into 9cm pots with potting on compost, leaving seedling leaves proud of the surface. Tap to settle and water well. Once plants reach approx 15cm tall, harden off by placing outdoors during the day and back undercover at night for about a week before planting out in their final location. |
