Marshalls Garden evergreen sage, a classic culinary variety with aromatic grey-green leaves and pollinator-friendly lilac-blue flower spikes. Low-maintenance perennial for borders, sunny herb beds or containers, grows to about 40cm. Prefers full sun and well-draining soil rich in organic matter. Adds distinctive flavour to roasted meats, stuffings, herb butters and infusions, while attracting bees and butterflies.
