We blend rich dark muscovado sugar with chopped pineapple (to capture its full, juicy character), then steep it with fire-roasted Scotch bonnet peppers, giving the rum its signature smoky heat. The result is a spirit that feels both warm and fr’iendly — sweet but not cloying, spicy but not overwhelming, smoky yet bright.
