Introducing the 'Quick Snack' F1 Cucumber, a compact and prolific dwarf variety perfect for small spaces and eager gardeners. This innovative hybrid is designed for both indoor and outdoor cultivation, delivering a continuous harvest of sweet, crisp, and seedless cocktail cucumbers all summer long. Enjoy the convenience of snacking on these delightful fruits straight from the plant or adding them to salads and lunchboxes. How to Grow: - Sow seeds indoors from March to April in 7.5cm pots with free-draining compost. Maintain a temperature of 20°C (68°F) for germination, which typically takes 7-10 days. - Once germinated, keep seedlings warm (minimum 15°C) and provide bright, protected conditions. - Transplant seedlings into containers, growbags, or beds when they are large enough. - For outdoor planting, acclimatise plants gradually before moving them outside after the last frost. - Position plants in full sun and ensure regular watering, especially during dry periods. - Harvest fruits when small and tender for the best quality and to encourage further cropping. This fast-growing variety reaches a mature size of just 50-60cm, making it an excellent choice for windowsills, balconies, patios, and greenhouses.
