Blair Athol - Signatory Vintage Cask Strength - Ruby Port Cask #6 2011 13 year old Whisky

Distilled in 2011, this cask strength single malt from Blair Athol was laid down in Ruby Port cask wood for 13 years. It was bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2025. 

Nose: Ripe black cherries, rich fruit compote, hazelnut toffee, and a touch of ginger spice.

Palate: Moist sponge cake soaked in port, layered with strawberry preserves, sugared orange zest, and a hint of dark chocolate.

Finish: Smooth and gently spiced, revealing notes of nutmeg and tangy redcurrant that mellow into warm, toasted oak.
