An intriguing blend of bitter and sweet based upon the classic Italian serve from Silent Pool Distillers Apricot Aperitivo.

They steep ripe English apricots in gin for three months to extract the rich fruit flavour and vibrant amber hue. The liquid is then infused with a secret blend of herbs and spices and sweetened to create a well-rounded and delicious aperitif.
