The engineered wood surface is water-resistant to everyday spills and moisture. All edges are reinforced with PVC edge banding for added durability. Can be assembled for right or left corner placement according to preference. Packed weight is 59.5 lb / 27 kg. Delivered flat-packed for safe transport. Assembly requires a power drill and screwdriver. Assembly instructions and all necessary hardware are included. Parts are numbered for straightforward and accurate installation.
