Quick to grow and easy to manage, it provides a steady harvest from summer into autumn. Enjoy it roasted, pickled, fresh in salads, or use the young leaves as a tasty addition to dishes. Beetroot also stores well, so you can enjoy homegrown goodness long after the season ends. Outdoor Sowing Sow seeds from spring until mid-summer, thinly in drills.
