Description

Marshalls Garden Cabbage ‘Duncan’ F1 is a hardy, fast-growing hybrid that forms neat, compact pointed heads with crisp leaves and a sweet, nutty flavour. Suited to small spaces and succession sowing, it yields hearts from summer into autumn, leafy greens through winter and spring cabbages into June. Expected height around 30cm; prefers firm, well-drained fertile soil (pH 6.0-7.0) and full sun. Use as fresh salad leaves or for cooking, and as a practical windbreak for more tender crops. Keep plants well-watered and protect from caterpillars and pigeons for best results.
