Description

Lavatera 'Princess Pink' is the first double-flowered lavatera, producing a profusion of bright pink blooms on upright stems throughout summer (June to September). This compact deciduous shrub comes as a 9cm plant and reaches about 1.2m, making it perfect for patio containers, small borders and cut flowers. Prefers partial sun and moist but well-drained soil. Plant as soon as weather allows; dig a hole twice as deep and three times as wide, improve heavy soil if needed, add feed and water thoroughly. Keep well watered and fed while establishing; trim in summer if required. Plants are sent potted and may appear leafless in autumn or winter but are healthy.
