Description

Early main-season strawberry bred for superior flavour and appearance. Malling Centenary produces large, uniform, firm fruits with glossy scarlet skins and high sugar levels. Shortlisted for RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year (2013). Supplied as PREMIUM bare-root runners that can produce up to 10 flower stalks in year one (compared with 2–3 for traditional runners), delivering 3–4 times more fruit in the first season. Ideal for pots, patios, borders, raised beds and small vegetable plots; grows to about 20–30 cm.
