Behold, the very first That Boutique-y Rye Company bottling from Denmark's Stauning Distillery, release for the Rye Series. Stills. Casks. In this chef. In this doctor. In this pickling vat. Inside this old bacon smoke oven. Classic distillery features. Probably worth mentioning the original distillery was previously an abattoir. Yeah, that might explain a couple of those things. Anyway, this is a cracking 3 year old rye, aged in a cask that previously held rum from Belize! Batch 1 is a release of 274 bottles. ‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. Here are whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
