The August DTB115 is an easy-to-use USB powered aerial booster for coaxial antennas.
Power the unit with any powered USB port (like the ones on your TV!) and any antenna connected to the DTB115 will be boosted. Connected aerials can be used for DVB-T and DVB-T2 signals as well as DAB/DAB+. Not compatible with satellite TV.
Adding 20dB of gain, this small adapter makes portable aerials more powerful, achieving a higher range of reception. Get a TV set up even in a room without an aerial socket, such as a shed, attic, or caravan.
Please note: Adding gain to an aerial makes the reception more directional. Ensure you place the aerial facing towards the nearest transmitter for best results. Signal boosting may not be compatible with aerials that already have amplifiers. Signal boosting does not eliminate the effects of electronic interference, physical blockages such as brick walls, or system outages.
