The natural hint of bitterness is complemented with fruity, tobacco and even coffee overtones that slowly work their way around the mouth in a most pleasing and delicious fashion. Their cacao is bought directly from the Fairtrade certified cooperatives.The cacao in this bar comes from Panama.The cane sugar comes from Asocace in Paraguay and Apoya in Costa Rica and the Bourbon vanilla comes from Komam and Cooppvm in Madagascar.
