However, it is very versatile and can also be used to add texture and protein to your favourite fruit smoothie, natural sweetness to pancakes and muffins or as a batter to make dairy-free French Toast.Serve straight from the jar, as a hot or cold dessert topping. You can also use it as a sweetener or as a base for various desserts, hot or cold drinks, topping or ingredient for cakes or pastry.
