It is matured in American oak quarter casks—shaved, toasted, and re-charred to precise specifications—before being finished in European oak barrels for added complexity.Every stage of the years-long production process is carefully designed to build depth, character, and flavour.Natural colour. Non-chill filtered.Nose: Vibrant notes of fresh-cut grass, softened by creamy vanilla and orchard fruits, with hints of fresh flowers and a subtle promise of sweetness.Palate: Creamy malt and sweet dried fruits are complemented by gentle oak and understated toasted baking spices.Finish: Long and mellow, with ripe fruits, honey, and a touch of smoke.
