Volcan De Mi Tierra - B.T Blanco Tahona Tequila Blanco Tahona stands as a truly distinctive artisanal tequila, employing traditional methods reminiscent of the past to bring forth the fullest expression of agave flavours. Through a deliberate slow-cooking process and meticulous low milling using only the volcanic rock tahona, which grant minerality and earthy nuances. Fermented in wooden tanks with natural yeasts and subjected to only two distillations to preserve every flavour, our Blanco Tahona embodies the essence of authenticity.Aroma: Sweet tones of a perfectly well-cooked agave, wrapped with fine herbal notes, mint, rosemary, black pepper. Soft low nuances such as citrus, floral, wet earth. Different aromas appear such as, vanilla, almond, milk candy, cinnamon and walnut.  Once again, the slightly smoked presence of cooked agave, milk candy, almonds, vanilla, red apple and cranberry.Taste: It has a perfect, balanced, silky, smooth Crisp taste. Subtly sweet, well combined with the herbal- spices flavours. Once again, the presence of cooked agave, milk candy, almonds, vanilla, red apple, cranberry, and light smoke.
