Rum and raisin fudge. Oven-baked apples and raisin strudel.Taste: Weighty, mouth-coating and lush, this is super tasty, with a classic PX Sherry influence -stewed raisins and sultanas, rich cocoa and molten brown sugar. Cinnabons, with a touch ofwarming all-spice and ginger.
