The English - Founders Private Cellar - Single Cabernet Sauvignon Cask 2007 17 year old Whisky The Cabernet Sauvignon Cask 17yr Old was distilled in 2007 and has quietly rested for 17 years.  Whilst they were slow to develop in the early years, the resulting single malt from the long wait is wonderful. Bottled at cask strength, the full and wonderful work of our distillers and the cask shine through.Nose: Aromas of dates, toffee and dark chocolate.Palate: Red fruits, apples & brown sugarFinish: Full bodied with a medium to long, dry finish
