You'll find single malt was distilled in 2008 and filled into a refill butt, where it remained for the next 15 years. That cask was opened in 2024 by us here at MoM Towers, releasing a total of 307 bottles for our exclusive single cask collection. Also, it's ridiculously tasty, we're just writing the tasting notes now and felt the need to point this out. In case the fact that we chose to bottle it wasn't enough of an endorsement for you...
