Ardmore 19 Year Old - Batch 9 (That Boutique-y Whisky Company) Lovingly produced, here we have a 19-year-old single malt from the Highland distillery, initially matured in a refill hogshead before it was re-racked in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez cask. The Ardmore distillery was founded by the Teacher family in 1898 and its single malt continues to provide the backbone to the famous blended Scotch to this day. Rich layers of soft fruit and spice bring terrific harmony to delicate waves of Highland peat smoke and toasted oak in this bottling from That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Batch 9 is a release of 174 bottles. That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends. Here are whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
