The winning idea was submitted by Alexandru Marius Sandu, a rum aficionado from none other than London's legendary Trailer Happiness bar. Combining a core of top-notch rum with generous helpings of the finest Earl Grey tea, the result is a richly fragrant sipper, brimming with citrus and bergamot alongside dark stewed fruits and spices. excellent served in a Punch mixed with lime, sugar, and bitters, according to Sandu.
