Millstone 9 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company) Packed with intriguing flavour, ’s was too good to sit on, so they plainly had to find a way to sneak it into the collection. While the folks at That Boutique-y Whisky Company were busy putting together its USA Series, a sample of this tremendous Dutch rye whisky from the Millstone distillery landed on their doorstep. Fortunately, the series features a range of baseball card labels, and it would have to take a real expert to spot a fake baseball card, right? Oh dear, if you look closely, you'll see that it has in fact been torn in half and defaced by the official Boutique-y card verifier. Nice try guys. Produced with a 50/50 mix of malted and unmalted rye, this expression spent nine years maturing in a toasted, charred American oak barrel. Batch 6 is a release of 319 bottles. That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends. Here are whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
