Their bottlings are now available across the world, and they have fast become of the best known Australian whiskies.Starward predominantly mature their whiskies in Australian Ex-Red Wine barrels, favouring Barossa Shiraz. The local area experiences high variance in temperature, moving through a range of up to 20c per day. Maturation in their winter months can be as fast as Scotland’s summers!
